Customer Information:
Things to Note
1. Health Condition:
I confirm that I do not have any of the following health issues: skin cancer, haemophilia, leukaemia, pregnancy, viral infections, scar constitution, anaemia, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, pigment sensitivity/allergy, herpes, mental or neurological issues, emotional instability etc. If there are any health conditions, I must consult a doctor before the procedure.
2. Long-term Medication:
Customers on long-term medication (excluding nutritional products) must consult a doctor before the procedure.
3. Post-Procedure Care:
· For the first four days: Avoid sweating, sun exposure, exercise, saunas, swimming, and other activities. Do not allow water contact or use chemical products (such as facial cleansers, shampoos, hair styling products, etc.) We provide free dry shampoo to keep the tattooed area dry.
· No perming, dyeing, head massages, or scalp serums during the first four days. If there are special circumstances, please notify us in advance.
4. Nature of the Procedure:
I understand that this is a non-surgical procedure involving the implementation of pigment into the surface of the scalp, which does not affect hair growth. Hair affected by hair loss will continue to fall out naturally and doesn’t relate to Zcalp’s scalp micropigmentation process.
5. Reactions and Recovery after the procedure:
· There may be minor stinging or swelling, typically resolving within 2-3 hours.
· Expect normal scabbing, color darkening, and peeling within 7-10 days.
· The skin in the tattooed area may have slight scarring within six months (varies by individual). We provide free healing cream to assist with the recovery.
6. Colour Correction and Touch-Ups
· Based on individual circumstances, colour correction and touch-ups are required after the procedure (free of charge) to achieve the final effect.
· Touch-ups must be done on time; once an appointment is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, or it will be considered a forfeiture of the touch-up service. If a subsequent touch-up is needed, an additional fee will apply, the amount to be determined.
· The second colour correction and touch-up are free services until the desired effect is achieved.

NPM hair tattoo pigment is a plant-based pigment specifically designed for the scalp. The results can last 3-5 years and are semi-permanent, gradually fading with skin metabolism. It does not harm healthy hair follicles and does not affect hair growth. Permanent pigments are usually chemical-based and may damage hair follicles, so their use is not recommended.
-
· Natural Fading: Semi-permanent pigments fade naturally over time, avoiding an unnatural appearance due to aging or hairstyle changes. Clients can adjust or update as needed.
· High Safety: NPM semi-permanent pigments are plant-based, causing low skin irritation and reducing the risk of allergies and side effects.
· Adaptability to Technological Updates: Using semi-permanent pigments allows for easier adjustments to the tattoo results with technological advancements, ensuring optimal conditions.
· High Flexibility: If unsatisfied with the results, semi-permanent pigments are easier to modify or remove compared to permanent pigments, offering greater flexibility.
-
NPM hair tattoo is a non-invasive technique that does not harm hair, scalp, or follicles. Using patented roller needle technology, the pigment is precisely injected into the epidermis without damaging follicles or affecting natural hair growth.
-
There may be a slight stinging sensation during the procedure, but it is not severe, and the level of pain varies from person to person. The tattoo artist will use a soothing cream to alleviate discomfort, making the process more comfortable. Most people can tolerate this mild pain and quickly return to normal activities afterward.
-
The time required for NPM hair tattoo depends on the area being treated and individual circumstances:
· Small Area: Approximately 1 hour
· Large Area: Typically 1 to 3 hours.
Compared to traditional SMP hair tattoos, NPM is more efficient, speeding up the process by 3-5 times.
Please consult in advance to understand the preparation and specific time arrangements for the tattoo.
-
· Redness and Swelling: There may be slight redness and swelling of the scalp after the tattoo, usually subsiding within 24-48 hours.
· Quick Recovery: No long rest is needed; you can return to work the next day without affecting daily life.
Overall, NPM hair tattoo has a short recovery period, allowing clients to quickly resume their daily activities.
-
· Protecting Pigment Effect: Avoid moisture, shampoo products, or friction that could interfere with the stability of the pigment, ensuring it is evenly fixed on the skin's surface.
· Promoting Scalp Recovery: Allow the scalp sufficient time to heal, reducing infection risk and avoiding irritation to the freshly tattooed skin.
Care Recommendations:
After 48 hours, the scalp has generally healed, and you can gently clean it with saline or distilled water. We provide free dry shampoo for use after the tattoo.
Please strictly follow the care recommendations and avoid washing your hair for four days to ensure the best tattoo results.

Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease should be especially cautious when considering a hair tattoo. Here are some suggestions:
· Hypertension Patients: Blood pressure must be stable, and the procedure should be undertaken only under a doctor's advice.
· Diabetes Patients: Due to slower wound healing, there is a higher risk of infection, and the procedure should only be performed if blood sugar levels are well controlled.
· Heart Disease Patients: Consult a cardiologist in advance to ensure that the tattoo process will not impact heart health.
In summary, patients with chronic diseases should consult a professional doctor before deciding on a hair tattoo to ensure safety.
